REBEKAH PALAIAN - Granted Aaron is my husband so at first I did it just to keep up and impress but after a while I was hooked. Through his coaching I found myself being able to run longer distances than I ever thought possible. I am truly grateful for everything he has taught me about endurance sports!

RICHARD RIVERA - I was sort of lost before I met Aaron and Ben. After some personal tragedies, I gave Triathlon a try at age 40.  I had no clue how to train or anything.  Aaron and Ben taught me a lot and got me pushing myself harder then I ever imagined. My fitness level has improved, I've gotten way stronger & faster.. Thanks Aaron and Ben for being their for me.

WES HINES - Since joining OnUrLeft, I have lost 17 pounds and feel better than I ever have. ANGELA HENDERSON - I met Aaron through another OnUrLeft member and since that day he has taken me to a new level of competition. AARON PALAIAN - Ben and I strongly believe in everything we teach our athletes. So much so that we use that knowledge in our own training. Since learning of Lactate Testing, Power/Wattage, and Pace Training we have drastically cut our race times and all but eliminated overtraining and injury. Being nearly 60lbs. overweight less than 10 years ago I can not begin to convey what endurance sports mean to me and how they’ve changed my life forever.

BENJAMIN PROKO - Aaron and I are in our current positions based off hard work, education, dedication, and determination. Some athletes are naturally gifted. Not us. Both of us have been the beginners, the slow ones, and the back of the packers. Our goals are to teach and inspire those that need help discovering their greatness.

David Nelson - When I began doing triathlons I found myself swimming, biking, and running countless numbers of "junk" meters and miles all because others with different body types, lactate thresholds, and power capabilities said that this is how triathlon training was supposed to be conducted. Ben and Aaron have taken the results of my individual testing and have fabricated an exceptional schedule of tailor-made workouts designed just for me that leave me feeling fresh and fully recovered for every subsequent workout.
